Once again, we’ll offer our popular spring getaway to our Nation’s Capitol when hundreds of cherry trees are in full bloom. It is an amazing sight. We’ll spend three nights in George Washington’s charming Alexandria (just 5 miles from DC). We’ll see city highlights (including the new WWII Memorial), Mt. Vernon, Arlington Cemetery, Smithsonians and much more. We fly from Salt Lake to Miami and stay in a hotel. On the second day, we tour the Everglades then board our ship. This SIX DAY tour is a great LDS History getaway. We'll spend 2 1/2 days in Nauvoo (with Carthage and Temple), travel across the Mormon Trail with stops in Garden Grove and Mt. Pisgah, and on to Council Bluffs and Winter Quarters (with temple and Mormon Trails Msueum). It's just a short drive down to Adam Ondi Aman, Far West and Independence sites. All in the spring when things are green, beautiful and cool.

  Peru, Machu Picch, Cusco and Amazon

In June, 2010 David Webb will lead a group to Peru. This 10 day tour will focus on the treasures of South America’s most fascinating country. We’ll fly to Lima and enjoy the colonial history of America’s oldest city. A short flight takes us to the Peruvian Amazon for two days for a jungle experence you'll never forget. We’ll enjoy ample time in Cusco, the Sacred Valley of the Incas, Pisac and, of course, Machu Picchu. But not the way most see Machu Picchu (which is on a day trip from Cusco). We’ll travel by coach in to the Sacred Valley to the end of the road. We’ll take a two hour train ride to Machu Picchu and sleep in the nearby town (which has lovely accommodations). We’ll have an entire day to enjoy Machu Picchu the next day before returning to Cusco.

  Black Hills Bus Tour

This bus tour departs Salt Lake and travels to Jackson (Bar J Show) and into Yellowstone (lower loop). We'll visit Cody, Wyoming and cross the state into The Black Hills including the Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, the Passion Play, Spearfish, the new Crazy Horse Monument (in progress) and more. Excellent local guides will be with us in South Dakota. We fly to Seattle and spend a day in the charming San Juan Islands (Friday Harbor, lavender fields, alpaca farms & more). This bus tour travels through Central Utah into the Colorado and the interesting Black Canyon of the Gunnison. We’ll enjoy the Silverton-Durango Train, Mesa Verde, Santa Fe, ending in Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta. We’ll enjoy night and morning ascensions along with other festival events.   Fall Church History Tour with Karen Lesser

The combination of church history, pleasant autumn temperatures, and breathtaking fall foliage is one to seriously consider. We start with the sites of Boston and continue to New Hampshire for a day in the stunning foliage. We then work our way to Sharon,Vermont (an incredible fall scene) and onto Palmyra where we see all sites in the area. We then spend a night in Niagara Falls before working our way to Kirtland (where we'll have dinner with an Amish family), Nauvoo, and the sites of western Missouri and flly home from Kansas City. Take a spectacular drive through the interior of Maine into the White Mountains of New Hampshire. We’ll travel the scenic Kankamangus Highway (America’s #1 rated fall drive) toward the Green Mountains of Vermont and into Stowe & Burlington. We’ll ferry across Lake Champlain and visit Lake Placid and charming Lake George followed by a night in Saratoga Springs.
